Annual Payment

You can make a one-time payment for your annual membership by mailing a check (including your chosen membership level in the note portion of the check) to our postal address (1363 Douglas Dr. #111 Traverse City, MI 49696) or bringing it to CPL during library hours. If you prefer an online payment, you may choose the annual subscription option for your chosen level below:

Monthly Payment

You can choose to pay for your annual membership monthly via automated subscription for your chosen level (contact us to update your Trial Membership after a 3-month period to your permanent chosen level, or to halt). Monthly payments are available through automatic payment ONLY:
